I am writing to ask if someone might be able to recommend a good attorney in the geneva area with a specialty in employment law and related contract issues as my contract has just been terminated. Ideally I am looking for someone with some experience in the financial industry but that is not absolutely required. My situation is more complicated than the local "Permanence juridique"can assist with.

your profile says you work in HR so you're well placed to know that in geneva, employee and employer questions are settled in the tribunal de prud'hom. for these types of cases legal representation is not required and the swiss labour law under the codes des obligations is the guideline. however, send me a PM and explain and i can put you in contact with a good legal advisor.
