Hi,

 i was wondering about people's experience with NEAF. While I was renting everything went smoothly, very responsive to the work that have to be done to the apartament.

Now that am leaving it is taking them more than 15 days to come back to me on when I can leave that apartment, they want to charge me 150 CHF  as frais administratifs pour résiliation de bail anticipée, they want to do some painting to the apartment, ok , but then I guess  I will have to pay for the rent while they do the work.

Just want to know people's experience.
