Explain please -- Brushing Inclus

We got an advert in our mailbox today for a hairdresser / coiffure.. Various special offers etc..

Only 62chf .. Shampoo / coupe / brushing inclus / cheveux court

So I understand shampoo, blow, short hair.. But are they really suggesting it's something special to brush the hair??? and short hair at that??

PS - I have no hair, i don't know about these things abd the wife hasn't availed herself of the services of a swiss coiffure yet.

It's another one of those strange Swiss procedural requirements.

Much the same as having to clean your car engine and chassis prior to any inspection, it's a requirement that your hair has to be brushed to a recognized standard before attending civil offices or official functions. They're fairly relaxed about it in Geneva, but much more strict in other Cantons (especially Vaud).

Hope this helps.

So with no (head) hair I'm ok then ..? No brushing required..?  Or i must attend the coiffure for a pubic brushing before presenting to the office des automobiles?

You'll need to use the Wig Bank.  But watch out for dyslexics.

Again - as Andy C says - beware dyxliecia - and make sure you don't confuse public with pubic - the Swiss aren't know for their sense of humour - even though they put "wit" in S"wit"zerland :-)

I assume the person who named Switzerland was obviously dyslexicik.....I know I am! V Funny Post Laughing
