Try Bel et Bien in Lausanne, heres the website:
They have english and french speaking staff and great ambience.
I tried my very 1st facial in this place and let me tell you I am highly delighted.
Its highly recommended and they are one of the best.
You can book an appointment via email or telphone number on there website.
