Charlie: When I was visiting African lodges they were also offering zebra and warthog meat which we have not yet seen mixed into industrial food processed menus, at least in Europe. Besides one can purchase Kangaroo meat almost evrywhere.
Soon to come as it seems there is a new trend with frozen meat that follows such scheme : freeze it then change customs nomenclature and then here's the profit! Shame
