Fat is not the enemy!

Here is a great nutritional tip:

"Fat is not the enemy!..We should all be including good fats in our diet as they are a good source of energy and essential for the smooth functioning of your bodies. Include monounsaturated fats such as olive oil, seeds and avocados; polyunsaturated fats such as sunflower and nut oils; as well as some saturated fats from natural food sources such as coconut oil (which also contains anti-viral fatty acids that can boost the immune system) and butter. We also need a good supply of omega-3 fatty acids which we can get from oily fish and walnuts. Avoid trans fats which are found in most processed foods as these are not well metabolised by our systems."
