I was approached by a consultant from the firm MWC (Manentia Wealth Consulting Group, https://mwcgroup.ch), insisting on making an appointment with me to discuss "interesting opportunities for foreign residents in Switzerland regarding pension funds, real-state property, etc.")
First of all, I find it strange that they phoned me to work, not to my direct number but through the reception desk. But they knew my full name and where I work. When asked about how they got my data ... well, "someone may have referred your details, thinking you could be interested in our services", and other such vague statements.
Secondly, I find it quite aggressive that they want to come and meet me at my work place or at my home, instead of proposing a meeting in their offices ...
But anyway, has anyone else made business with them, or at least talked to one of their consultant? Do they have a good reputation? Are they serious?
