"Cheap n cheerful" is the best way to describe this place. They have an extensive menu, and the food is excellent. Since I live not very far from Feuille de Banana I eat there quite often and I think it is a good restaurant.
I would just advice people to take care with the spiced curry on some plates! It can be really spicy!

Good food and cheep...service is fast and take away very convenient !
'Plat du jour' is always good and very cheep (arount 10/12 chf)
Take the rice 'sur assiette'..that is enought..except if you are very very very hungry!!!

but i've been there a few times and it is quite cheap for the amount of food you get but i always regret it later. admittedly finding good chinese in geneva is kind of tricky. i'd rather spend a bit more and get a nicer meal. Baguette d'or is right around the corner and while more expensive is so so much better (atmosphere, presentation, quality of food, etc) . sorry guys. but to each his own right? try both and make your own opinion.

I find Sam-Lor in Paquis to be one of the nices Thai's and right next door is an excellent Japanese restaurant, small and cosy. MInd you japanese restaurants, there's that 'Uchino' near the Rue de Lausanne which is, i find one of the best meals for price. One of the worst restaurants must be Miyako, near Chantepoulet. I've not been in 4 years. I've seen the then owner verbalize and hit some of his Japanese staff. Not good. I like restaurants where the staff are treated well.

I'm a fan of ducks so u might try their Reasonable menu and mine are always great. Oh .....it's one of the best price in Geneva.
