There is a shop in Epalinges just north of Lausanne that is known to be very good - I have not been there in several years, but they used to video you running on a tread mill to show you how different shoes worked for you.

New Concept Sports
Route de la Croix-Blanche 42
CH - 1066 Epalinges VD
Tél. 021 / 784 34 44 - Fax 021 / 784 36 16

Not sure if anyone there speaks English or not...

All the big sports stores like Aesbach and Ochsner can give you competent advice and have machines for tests. Hoewer there has to be something very wrong with your shoes if they give you blisters, or it's the way you run.
