Thank you, Jeffery! It worked -- the sun is out and some people are even smiling today! 
This being said, I am now craving lunch at a local diner, yearning for a stroll in the French Quarter, and in dire need of some late-night dancing to Swing Cat's Jamboree tunes!
Louis Prima is going to be singing "Way Down Yonder in New Orleans" in my head all day today. It shall be a nice change from "La Marseillaise", which the kids started belting out at 8 this morning...
