You don't specially need a lawyer to create your company, you could do it yourself but not quite easy.

but I know that some fiduciaire (accountant) can assist you creating the company. Pretty helpfull for all the paperwork, registration, AVS pension,  and they take care of your payroll after.

I can ask some of my accountant clients if they propose this kind of service if you wish,
