I'm hoping someone could advice me on a freight company. I've ordered a small shipment to arrive from China and I presumed they delivered it all the way to my home in Geneva but apparently I need to get a freight company to clear customs and deliver it. Any one know how I do this? Help much appreciated!

If you ordered from China using DHL (or one of the other air freight companies), they usually do the custome clearning for you. And if they don't, then they could recommend a good custom-clearing broker.
If you ordered using China Post it's a different story.
