Hi Neda ... the people who do the once/month dance event in Salle Communale d'Onex run a school called Sabor Latino based in Onex.
I think they won a rueda competition earlier this year or maybe last year. That does not say anything about the quality of their classes of course.Checkout their website and check the photos ... you may be in one of them already

As for French, check out Migros or Google 'French Language Onex'.
