Manor / Placette is best in Geneva.

But really still the freshest fish is in France because there is no delay for food/meat inspections.

lake fish: at Coppet exit (direction Lausanne) straight from the Fiherman by the lake on Thursday early morning. Fresh from the nets !

sea food: in Gaillard, french frontally zone by Annemasse, the name of the supermarket is INTERMARCHé and they run their own fleet of fishing boats so you can pick great assortment on Tuesday & Thursday mornings including sea scallops, clams, oysters and more. Look for the fish specials on promotional price.
