Depending on what brand (sold in CH or not) and the age of the fridge, you should do a Google search for the model number (there will be a sticker/tag on the inside of the fridge or door someplace). Hopefully you will find the page for the after sales service (SAV) for the brand.

They normally would stock the glass shelves that you can buy (if the fridge is not too old, imported model etc). That way, you will have exactly the same type as the other shelves (very NB if you are renting the apt.).

I had a fridge shelf made at a glazier in Cessy (FR). Easy job, just give them the size, and they make it while you work. Don't remember the price, but not too expensive.
