At Palexpo (Hall 7) there is a place called "ESPACE JUNIOR" - it has several large bouncy castles and a racetrack. If you go on the Palexpo website, you'll find more information about it.
My daughter loved it last year when she was only 3, and the older kids who were there looked like they were having even more fun than her.
