Hi,I'm actually working on my MBA thesis, and I'm trying to identify and analyse the key success factors in managing an online community. I'm a bit stuck because I still don't find enough satisfying bibliographical ressources on the topic.any suggestion on where to look for? Also, I would like to focus my research on Future Shop's online community. are (or were) you a member of this community? do you mind telling your experience in an interview?
