Geneva ' Eye'
I wonder how many people have seen the 'Geneva Eye'? I passed by it today and was quite surprised:-) I wonder if it will stay for good. The location seems quite odd to me though.

Where is it? I've seen it whilst walking along the footpath next to the railway line on Pont de la Jonction - cannot figure out where it is though!

It's next to the Russian Church, not far from Rive.

Thanks for the link Maverick! It looks

I'd be surprised if they decide to keep this even beyond the Fete de Geneve period if it brings enough attraction. But I suppose it stands higher than the cathedral so this would go against the Geneve building code ;) or relocate it closer to the water... it's definitely a nicer way to view the city from high above rather than climbing up the cathedral :P
