Geneva curtains

Hello everyone. Once again, I need to tap into some Geneva experience.  I have recently moved into a flat that, rather than having typical curtain rods over the windows, has those silly little tracks along the ceiling.  I have only been able to find sheer curtains at Coop that fit into the tracks, but I need real curtains to block out the light from the apartments across from me!

Is there a place that sells curtains that fit on those tracks (i.e., that come with those little plastic clips or at least can be affixed to the plastic clips)?

Many thanks!

you can buy the plastic clips in Manor....  they come in packs of 10 or 20... Also maybe Jumbo or Hornbach... theyre cheap as chips.

curtains also at Manor (expensive) or Ikea ... for example.

(top tip is once you hang the curtains ...block the hole in the tracks with a bit of cork...so the buggers dont fall out when you draw them open.)

Thanks Charlie.  I have found the plastic clips, but cannot find the curtains that go on them (versus curtains for rods, which are everywhere) in Coop, Manor or Ikea. Frown Maybe I am just having bad luck...

the curtain dept at Manor sell the white strips you need which hold the clips... can either sow em on to the curtains...or buy the "iron on" sticky stuff...whatever its called.

its the thingy that has a draw string too so the curtains get plaid at the top

(yes Ikea mostly sells curtains that go on rods I remember...sorry)

Maybe choose the fabric and find someone who can finish them for you if youre not adept with a machine. An advert on here would surely find someone.

Im not an expert...clearly... but its what my ex did.
