i am looking to create a small group to practice sports together. As a former fencing champion , i know it is much easier to get fit, if there is a dynamic of a group. I' ve stopped all competitions years ago , and i want to start sports from a basic level, to be in better shape
My idea is to go get fit through regular swimming at the piscine des vernets,(2 or 3 times a week) because swimming is one of the best sports to get fit while preserving one's articulations.
i would love to combine that with a stretching session!
we can also gor once a week for badminton also, or tennis , depending of the level of the people in the group
and the weather well get better , we not cycling through the beautifull country side of our region ?
