Giving thanks for what we have

Often we worry and become stressed about little things, but in fact most of our lives are great and we should take the time to appreciate what we have.

A friend of the family had a terrible medical emergency, and his and his family's lives have changed forever overnight. The details are all here on the Gofundme page https://www.gofundme.com/helping-hands-for-mick-odowd

Feel free to IM me directly if you have any questions about this.

Yes. life is worth living, if we give importance to real values and the essence of being, and to external as well as inner evolution and development. Because the material castle we have built can fall down in just seconds, free will has it's limits and when we realise this we become more humble facing a higher spiritual power.

Most people spend their days thinking of work, making money, supporting family, and this is understandable, but there's something beyond it all too.

Seeking a balance between material life, and spiritual life, asking oneself, like philosophers did, who am I, where do I come from? Answers cannot be found by only going to Church on Sundays and then coming back to usual activities. It's ok to spend hours watching TV, but we also to spend time for reflexion, discernment, observation, meditation, contemplation.

If you want to find what I mean, take the time to discover the meditation I guide in this activity, it's for beginners too.
