Perhaps it is a bit early to be asking, but I was just wondering if Glocals/Sindy had any plans/dates in mind for a Christmas party? Thought I would mention it now because people who typically go abroad at that time of year often start to make travel bookings months in advance and might wish to plan things around various party dates. Plus it seems like early season ski weekends are already being discussed, so if a Christmas party is in the pipeline it would be useful to have an idea of which evening it will take place. Thanks and regards, Phil.
P.s. Also if there are any updates on Halloween, New Year parties etc then that might be of interest to members too.
(Is www.sindy.ch still in use?....Just looked and still says "July 07 beach party, pictures coming soon"?)

so far I have been living only 4 almost 2 years in GVA, but I know for sure how much Sindy community - our granny Community - as well as the hystorical GLOCALS leaders love these events and consider them like they were Bank Holidays, etc

I love that ball! it's an institution, and i missed so much volunteering with all the other usual suspects! I still have those mememories of transparent ink stamps that i got from BetC (eheh) and Sherri!! :)

we know from experience that after the 2 week of Dec, many people start leaving Geneva for the xmas vacation. so we're aiming for the Ball to be anywere from Dec 1 to Dec 15/16.
