If someone has posted a negative comment on Google Maps and that comment does not represent the reality, what can be done legally about it ?
Of course Google doesn't want to delete the comment.

If it is your business, you can REPORT the review and Google will review it.
If there are clear signs like intent to defame, google does remove the review. (example, if a competitor writes bad reviews about you to spoil your business)
But if its a dispute or view of someone with whom you had contract with, they wont remove it.

thanks for response, but Google will not do it (I have contacted them), even if I have a proof that the review has no sense. The only solution I see is to proceed with legal steps.
Therefore, I am expecting to hear you feedback what can be do on a legal basis.
