I would greatly apreciate help with regard to the following problem - mac/500gb/usb/external drive fell down the table and now it can start but doesn't come up to the desktop. Would you be able to recommend a mac technicien in Geneva who can fix this problem, as we have very valuable data on this external drive.

Unfortunatelly it sounds like your drive is busted, and would cost more than 1,000 CHF to attempt to fix it, without any guarantee that the fix will be succesful.
Maybe you are lucky and it is something simple.
