sorry bothering you with this,

i was in Italy in 2011,where i rented a car.

Apparently, according to italian police, i had parked in wrong place, and apparently i had received the first notification somewhere after one year in 2012.(Interesting is that there were no NO PARKING sign) 

i received another notification today telling me to pay around 200 CHF .....

in theis notification they talk for  `` seizure of movable property like for example THE CAR`` 

can someone tell me do i have to pay or not and does italian police cooperate with swiss police?
