Have you ever met a celebrity and what was your opinion of them ?
Hi, just for a bit of fun, wondered if anyone wanted to join in this topic and let us all know about a celebrity you have met and your opinion of them. My husband bumped into Victoria Beckham yesterday at the Malpensa airport security queue, he could not believe how stick thin she was. He said she did not act in any way like a diva at all, she removed her shoes when asked , just kept a low profile and her 3 little boys were impeccably behaved.

I used to tend bar at a place in New York where alot of celebs hung out.

Most of them were nice, but, as far as I can remember, none of them tipped any better than regular people :-)

It was a long time ago, so I can't recal too many of them, but I do remember that James Gandolfini was always nice, and that Mr. Big was a bit high maintenace.

O

Went to Danny DeVito's house for business- he was just as funny and personable in person as in his movies. He is also shorter than me and I'm only 5'1.

Michael J Fox - on the set of the film "For Love of Money" - verrrry nice and gentlemanly and pleased to give me his autograph, signed "Love Michael" :P

Christian Slater - on the set of the film "Bed of Roses" (the office scene in the movie was the reception area of my old firm) - perhaps he had an off day; did not leave a good impression on me.

Mary Stewart Masterson - same movie as above - "bumped into her" going down the lifts - very sweet.

Billy Baldwin / Sherylin Fenn - during a take of "Three of Hearts" - both down to earth; Sherylin easily gave me an autograph, while Billy was in the middle of a take so just said 'hi' in passing. (btw, you can see me in that movie :)

Gene Wilder - at the Trump Plaza looking at the building directory. he's a very shy and quite timid person, unlike his characters in his movies.

Florence Henderson (aka Carol Brady from "The Brady Bunch") - she was co-hosting 'Later Today Show'. She and the other co-hosts of the show came into the Green Room to meet me and 2 other ladies appearing on a segment "how to look your best for your high school reunion" (11/22/99). She's very short, but very energetic.

Additional Star Sightings off the top of my head:
Demi Moore, Joe Pesci, Jeff Daniels on the set of "The Butcher's Wife"
Chris Noth (Mr. Big) on the set of "Law & Order"
