During the several years I’ve had a Scholtès cooker, we’ve followed the instructions in the Handbook to activate the self-cleaning process for the oven but now, the Handbook’s gone walk-about.

The model is  C386 FH but is no longer on the market, so the Internet’s no help nor can the Scholtès Agent in Thônex assist beyond sending a technician.

By any chance, is there anyone out there who can come to my rescue, either by loaning the Handbook or by personal demonstration ?

I am happy to pay expenses and a fee, but would like to spend less than the charge quoted by the people in Thônex.

I live in Eaux-Vives close to route de Frontenex and would prefer a daytime or early evening appointment including Saturday.
