Thank you very much for your reply. This is one of the schools I've been thinking about.  We are coming over in October to look at schools, however, I have emailed a few to arrange appointments and have received no response to date.  Do you know what the procedure should be?  I don't feel as though I can call the schools as I'm only on my second French lesson tonight!! :w00t:

International School of Lausanne (ISL) also has a good reputation but I think a long waiting list. If you are willing to look outside of Lausanne St Georges (Montreux) has a really good junior school.
