I agree with Ganna. 

Wordpress is great for normal people. Wix (Wix.com) is even easier. But Joomla is not something I would recommend to someone with limited programming experience. 

Regarding hosting. That's a matter of how what you need. For basic sights I use InMotion. They are very inexpensive. I use google apps for my email client. And I like MailChimp and Paramount for E-Marketing.

Roman too. I followed a course in joomla & agree with you- not so user friendly, but will try Wordpress (lots recommended me same).. Why not try Drupal?? Then sure to have a big platform, of course if budget allows me.

I've been recently into wordpress, agree totally with you that wordpress is more friendly although I'd love to try Drupal once. Maybe when my website/business grows up & when I might need more&more people/links frequency involved in it.
