I need assistance from someone that can tell me what the steps are to go after an owner to refund my security deposit for a house in thoiry France --- I have given her 2 months security and had to cancel the lease 9 days after we signed, and 30 days prior to it commencing, i didn't receive keys and the start date is August 15th.... I am in a HUGE bind, she has 3600 Euros of mine and I need any assistance that can be shared. The contract was in French, she translated it for me and I don't know what my rights are.
