Help with roadbike step-up

Hey there,

A question to all you bikers out there!

I will be taking part in the "tour du lac" on Sunday and desperatly need a set up on my road/tri bike.

Have been spinning along the past couple of week ends and really end up with knee pains which are definately related to my set up.

Could any of you recommend where / or someone who could help me with this? No need to a super refined set up as I'm really an amateur. Have already watched a few videos on YouTube but not that helpful.

Many thanks!

usually a symptom from your seat being too low, or too far forward - thus your knee bends too much.
