Does anyone know please, whether there is a free financial advisor who could give an indication of whether it is legal or not, regarding an unacceptable hike in community taxes? We are speaking here of a 165% increase in the community refuse collection tax within in the Canton of Valais. This pertains to "maisons ou appartements secondiare".
