A boutique called Maniak in Plainpalais probably comes closest to what you have in mind. Otherwise Manor recently introduced a personal shopper experience, might be interesting to try.

i have observed the following brands to be hip in geneva:
tods loafers
hermes bags and belts (look out for the big H)
porsche cayenne
rayban sunglasses (to be worn atop a latge bouffant, in the absence of sunshine)
i'm sure there are lots more, but these few should get you started. invest in them, and you'll fit right in.
