This summer, (early July) we have decided to holiday in Switzerland instead of further afield. We are looking for 7 nights in the mountains somewhere with 2 adults and 2 teenage boys (my son and friend) who need things to do..... Any ideas of where we can go to have a nice break and catch some famous Swiss scenery and service.??

I recommend Rochers de Naye, if you dont use a car, you can take a train up to Montreaux and from there is a small train to Rochers de Naye and quite beautiful, you will find some hotels in Caux - just google hotels in Caux or even Rochers de Naye.

I forgot to mention that its next to the Alps or even in the Alps and you will have a beautiful scenery of the lake of Geneva, and you can also hike to the French Alps. You will love it.

Wallis/Valais - paradise......
You can choose from many different locations and all are excellent with superb views. Easy to arrive from Geneva too, if you go via Visp or Brig. In case you need more in depth information, feel free to privately em us. We live part time up there but the small village might not have sufficient for two active boys.
