Hi Justin, I set up a search on Immostreet based on the kind of flat I was looking for and the price I was prepared to pay (!). It worked for me on two occasions :-)

One of the more reputable gérances is RILSA in the rue Lion d'Or 6, their phone no. is 021-3215200. When I moved into my last flat, they suggested repairs/improvements - I didn't ask for anything! Anytime I needed something done, they were fairly quick to react - you should maybe contact them directly. On the other hand, stay away from DHR in Pully, and I haven't heard great things about Bernard Nicod either, but never having rented from them, I can't give you any details. Hope that helps! :-) Liz

I don't have much time to do the search by myself and visit every single place I guess -from the presentation on the net- it's interesting .are there companies or organizations that I can engage to do the search, the visits and submit the documents for me; so that I visit by myself only once, when they think the place is good for me.don't regies propose such a service?if they do, how much do they charge for that?

Hi Justin, I guess there are, but I've never used such services so I have absolutely no pointers to give you :-( Maybe you could contact a few of the régies directly and see if they offer such services and for how much? Sorry I can't be more helpful :-(
