hah might be! Actually Trump's victory may lead to some positive changes as well. Check this curious article about his win's influence over housing prices https://tranio.com/world/news/what-trumps-victory-means-for-the-us-property-market_5219/
In a nutshell: Trump is so unpredictable that some real estate investors are now worried about the local property market and hesitate to spend the money. So less investments means falling housing prices in the US which is not bad to me.
