House Cleaning before giving back to the régie

Does anyone know of a cleaning service who can clean an empty house from top to bottom for a reasonable price? The house is in Collonge Bellerive and has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hallway, guest toilet, living room, dining room, painting studio and many windows. The total surface area is 225sqm. It needs to be perfectly clean for the new tenants, otherwise the régie will have it cleaned at our expense.

It needs to be a professional service, with own equipment and cleaning products (a ladder is probably needed as some of the rooms have high ceilings) and a vehicle to get there.

The new tenants arrive on 10th August.

Any suggestions very welcome!

This question crops up regularly so check old posts

It has just occurred to me that if you are going to pay a professional company to do it, would it not be the same cost to let the regie do it and charge you?.  That way you know that they will be obliged to accept the standard of cleaning

Thank you Paul for your answer. The reason I'm here is to get a second opinion, as the quote the régie has come with is the equivalent cost of a two-week holiday in the Seychelles for a family of four.

I shall hunt down some old posts as you suggest.
