How do I change my light fixture without getting electrocuted

So there's a bunch of light fixtures in my ceiling that seem to be connected with a green and yellow wire, and then I bought a new fixture that seems to have a bunch of wires with caps.  I have no idea what I am doing but don't want to get electrocuted...anyone have experience with this stuff before?

P.S. Why does it look like in the insurance ad to the right of the screen, with "Fanny Delatour", always look like she's staring at me?

She doesn't stare at me therefore you have got some charisma which I lack.  Sorry I could possibly handle the electrical side but not email.  Your current fitting would appear to have just a live and neutral wire but no earth (normal in Europe) I can only think that the new one might involve several independent bulbs but if you cannot understand the instructions I can only suggest u ask at the shop unless it is an Ikea lamp which you have assembled incorrectly

In fact I have looked again and she is staring over my left shoulder and I checked and found an egg on the floor so it is true - she was staring at you
