I was happy to wake up this morning and see and hear, to shower, dress and go out to do a little food shopping with enough money in my purse. I was happy to come home to a warm flat, fill the fridge, eat (and digest!) a meal.
I was happy to check my email, look at the forum threads, key in this message and now am happy to send greetings to you all.

We are happy that we could see, hear and speak to our darling little grandaughters this morning on Skype. What a simply marvellous technological masterpiece - where would we be without it? We are eternally grateful to the fact that it is also free - what more could one ask?

Me too! I've had such a happy time teaching my yoga course today. I see people getting huge results in such a short time, and giving me feedback that they feel they are just radiating energy!
