Hi All

So maybe Im aging, but now starting to consider small investments, its crossed my mind I would like to get a small studio in Nice with the intention of getting long term lets...But where do I start?

I know nothing!  Has any one done similar and has some good contacts/web sites/advice?

Ideally I would look at buying a small place and then hand it over to a letting agent who would manage the studio and give me a known figure each month/year regardless if empty or occupied... am I asking to much?

I know this is fairly common back in Britain but do the French do things the same way?
