I refused, by mistake, an invitation to friendship.
I'd like to cancel this decision.

I don't think you can "cancel the decision". But just invite the person as a friend and add a message sorry i pressed the wrong button.
Simple enough, no?

You need to invite the person you refused, and he/she has to accept your invitation.
