Starting April 20, 2026, I am subletting a room and bathroom in my apartment located in the heart of Geneva, in the new Acacias neighborhood (across from Rolex). The apartment is new. The room and shower are available for a total of CHF 1,300 per month. This price includes rent, internet, and part of the electricity bill. I am offering this rental for a renewable period of 6 months.
I am looking for a woman who is active (student or employed), open-minded, calm, and healthy. I live with my 9-year-old daughter (part-time), and we live in a healthy and friendly environment. We are both fun-loving and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
