Ice Cream Vendor who sells '99' cones

Hi,


A while ago after some sporting event (might have been Lausanne Marathon) I met an ice cream vendor who sells soft ice with a Cadbury Flake (known as a '99' in the UK). He claimed to be the only person in Switzerland who sold 99 ice cream cones.


Now I am organising an event and I need to hire an ice cream vendor... does anyone know who this person is and do you have his contact details?

I havent found an icecream vendor but if your stuck this guy does candyfloss
