Ideas on how a non-French speaker can find a job

I am attending university here in Geneva and my husband, who does not speak French, needs to find a job.  His past experience has been in construction (Greece/Italy) and security (USA).  Any ideas on where he could go to apply for security type jobs that do not require French?  He speaks English, Greek, Albanian, and some Ilatlian.

Perhaps he could try Securitas or one of the agencies that provide security for the UN offices in Geneva.
