Importing supplements from the USA?

hi,

I need to order some supplements from a specific online store in the US, mostly: multivitamin & minerals and some glandular support formulas (magnesium, chromium, B6, Vit E etc.)

Those are special formulas, that can be orderd only from that store :/

I was wondering if anyone here has experience with ordering stuff like this off the internet and shipping it to CH.

Already read on different forums that it always depends, sometimes it goes through sometimes it doesnt. By law it is allows to import meds to switzerland for personal use, even if they are not allowed in switzerland (but only in small portions).

Hi Marek,

I've ordered a lot of stuff from www.iherb.com, a US website. Some of my orders included supplements similar to those you mention. I have never had any kind of problem. My orders are typically between $20-100 and less than 3kg in weight.

Hi Marek,

The content of your order has to be listed outside of the box otherwise the customs might open it. You will have to pay taxes if it exceeds a certain amount.
