Hi, does Helsana refuse you totaly for " complémentaire" or they accept you with a "réserve" ?

unfortunatly, when a compagny refuse you for supplementary coverage, it s almost impossible to be accepted by another compagny, because of the medical questionnary and this specific question " have you already been refuse by an insurance compagny for supplementary coverage? "
