You might find an Internet Café or two in the Paquis.
It's the only place I could think of, and the 2 cafés I have in mind, that's from 6 years ago.
Paquis hasn't changed it's character though since then, and still is definitely the best area to look out for Internet café.

You can use a comupter with internet in all municipal libraries but you need to get a library card (for free): http://www.ville-ge.ch/bm/fr/pratique/ppm.php
Otherwise Internet cafés, for example iSpot: http://www.ispot-communications.com/find.php
or just google "internet café genève"...

No problem, easy to find.
You have the main train station in your back, you turn left, the "Les Brasseurs" in front of the train station on your 10 o' clock, you passdown the "Rue des Alpes". The "Paquis" is the area on your left side when you walk down the "Rue des Alpes", between "Rue de Lausanne" and the Lake itself.
