Can anyone enlighten me whether it may be illegal to shovel, plough or tip snow / earth etc onto someone elses' property without their permission?:w00t:

When we lived in le mont sur lausanne our neighbour had a huge pile of manure ( shit ) delivered and the farmers deposed the pile on our side of the property line. i really have to say, i truly enjoyed watching him shovel the shit back to his side.....who cares about legality!

Actually it's my neighbours (Swiss/German) who live above me, and they are constant pains in the butt...they have no regard for others and without asking just started shoveling their snow over their balcony directly onto our terrace where we were sitting below.
I know it's just snow, but just a curtesy call would have been fine... However I asked them to stop but they refused and just continued...!
Just wanted to know how I can stop them from doing that type of stuff in future?
