In pre-covid times there were English speaking queer events in Geneva with the Got Milk group (though it looks like you've already found them):

If you happen to be in Lausanne, I organize a similar group for the Canton of Vaud, but likewise we have only had a few small unofficial events since Covid.  You're welcome to join us any time once we get things started up again:

In the worst case, on Sept. 11th there will be a Pride parade in Geneva (if all goes well restrictions-wise) and you will certainly be able to find more info about local associations, etc. there :)
