I need your advice as my landlord deducted 650 CHF for a dining chair from rental deposit. Not only I did not break the chair, but also he did not show the receipt of repairing cost.
Please kindly advise who should I report to, or anyone with similar experiences, please share.

Although you will have to pay out for a yearly membership ( 75ch + 20f for admin costs), ALSOCA are probably your best and cheapest bet.
Your membership gives you free consults umtil the end of the year should you need them, but cancel before end of December because is automatically renewed otherwise for the year following - Jan to end Dec
Go early for the permanances if you can and even 1/2 - 3/4 hour before they begin, to be seen the quickest.
If not, arm youself with patience and take something with you to pass the time. Lots go and sometimes there are less lawyers available than others.
Take with you your rental agreement / Bail, and any other documentation you may have exchanged with your landlord and details of any conversations you may have had with them.
